• All content created by LoCo Nexus for the Client will be the property of the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• LoCo Nexus retains the right to use any created content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Client.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information and data. We will not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

LoCo Nexus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or Site.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoCo Nexus, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Client's use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site or services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.

LoCo Nexus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
